Apple moves chip production from Samsung to TSMC

Looks like the war between Apple and Samsung is getting personal. Apple has contracted Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company or TSMC for short to fabricate its A6X mobile processor found in the iPhone 5 and current iPad.
There has been wide spread speculation for months that something like this would take place, well now its official. Don`t expect this to immediately take place, the move will reportedly take between 12 and 18 months to complete with trial fabrication runs set to begin this quarter.

ouch, this has got to hurt Samsung
