Ouya Android console dev kits begin shipping

The Ouya Android based game console is one step closer to reality. 1200 console developer kits are being shipped out to awaited developers.
The kit includes the coffee mug sized console, 2 controllers, HDMI cable, power cable and Micro USB cable. The console is expect to be available to consumers in March and will cost $99.
